Cancellation Policy: We request that should a guest need to cancel their reservation, it must be done no later than 3:00PM the day prior to check in. If we do not receive a cancellation, have turned away business and are unable to resell the room, we will charge 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.
No-Show Policy: No- shows will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.
Deposit Policy: We require a 10% non-refundable deposit from all patrons to secure online reservations.
Late Check Out Policy: The check out time is by 11:00am. There is a late check out fee of $25.00 allowing guests to stay in room no later than 1:30pm. Please notify the front desk if you want to schedule a late checkout.
Lost Keys: Guests are responsible for the keys that are issued to them. If a key is lost or not returned, guest agrees to a $75.00 re-keying charge for the room.
Smoking Policy: We are a 100% NON-SMOKING facility. If a guest smokes in a room the guest agrees to cover all costs related repairing the room, including mattress set, linen, curtain replacement, prime and painting, etc. Guests are asked to smoke outside, with door closed behind.
Damage To Room Policy: Guests agree to cover any cost related to damage done to the room above and beyond normal wear and tear.
Dog Policy: As a courtesy to our guests, we are a dog-friendly motel, but ask that guests pay a $10.00 non-refundable deep cleaning fee. We charge $150 service fee for undeclared pets. No cats or other animals allowed. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the room at any time. We ask dog owners to pick up after their dogs. Thompson Falls has a leash law. We DO NOT accept other pets.

Falls Motel is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
